1. Registration

By registering an account on Certification Aid's website you agree on providing a valid username, email address and password. You are not allowed to choose a username that is someone else's name, violates any third-party right, or is obscene or otherwise objectionable. Certification Aid reserves the right to change inappropriate usernames with or without notice.

You agree on Certification Aid storing your account information until you or Certification Aid terminates your account. You agree to keep your account information always valid and update them in your account settings whenever they change.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs with your account, including authorized and unauthorized activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password and notify Certification Aid immediately.

Certification Aid accounts are personal and bound to one individual. Accounts are not transferrable and you are not allowed to assign or sublicense your account to anyone else. Furthermore, you are not allowed to share your account credentials or access to your account with anyone else.

Accounts logins are monitored to detect and suppress fraudulent use. Certification Aid records each account login with time, account, IP address, user agent information, and whether the login was successful. Certification Aid reserves the right to terminate accounts for which fraudulent use was identified.

Certification Aid allows only one active session per account. This means, that you can only be logged in to your account once at the time. If you login to your account a second time, your first session will become invalid and you will be logged out from that session.

2. Services

Certification Aid offers services that provide access to otherwise restricted premium material for a limited time. Access provided by such services is granted according to the license described in these terms of service. You are not allowed to access premium material in any other manner than granted to you with this license.

All services provided by Certification Aid are limited to a time period. If this time period is expired, the service becomes inactive and access to premium material is restricted again.

Certification Aid services are not extended automatically after expiration. If you wish to extend the duration of a service, you may re-purchase the service after its expiration.

Certification Aid reserves the right to change prices of services at any time. Previously purchased services are not impacted by such changes.

3. Purchases

By purchasing services on Certification Aid's website, you agree on providing appropriate payment in advance of the time period during which the services are provided.

Certification Aid uses a third-party provider to process credit card payments. At no point of time has Certification Aid access to credit card information you enter on Certification Aid's website. Your credit card information is sent encrypted to a third-party provider for verification. After verification, Certification Aid will charge you through the third-party provider and accredit your purchase to your account. After this, your purchased service is instantly activated and you can access the premium material included in the service during the time period defined for the service.

4. Refunds

Certification Aid generally does not refund purchases. Certification Aid also does not refund purchases for terminated accounts, regardless of whether the account was terminated by you or Certification Aid.

Certification Aid explicitly denies responsibility for passing or failing certification exams. Because exam outcomes largely depend on factors out of control for Certification Aid, refunds cannot be granted based on this.

In a case of unclarities concerning purchase refunds, please contact Certification Aid.

5. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time in your account settings. If you terminate your account, Certification Aid will override your account record and you will lose access to all purchased services. Content submitted by you such as comments, will be anonymized and remain on Certification Aid's website.

Certification Aid also reserves the right to terminate your account at any time with or without notice, and regardless of whether the termination results from a breach of these terms of service or not.

All terminations are final and terminated accounts cannot be restored.
